I just had my frontal crown fixing procedure done a day ago and I couldn’t help but leave a 5 star review here. Dr. Farooq (who replaced Dr.Sura) is an awesome dentist and probably one of the best in Illinois. She is very compassionate and explains the options in detail. She did a wonderful job in giving me the results I wanted. I am someone who pays close attention to the details and she completely made me satisfied with the work. Also, she is backed up with an amazing team who is always helpful throughout the process. I’d only consider CRESCENT for any future dental procedures and will definitely recommend for anyone who need a dental visit..

My daughter was happy with her dental appointment , she was anxious and dentist was friendly making her comfortable.

Update: Had my root canal treatment and crown placement here.Dr Deeptha Surampudi was very attentive and took great care during the procedure. Very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend her.

What a wonderful dentist! She is the third dentist my family has tried since moving to the Chicago area and we finally found a great dentist. On our initial appointment she took time to explain her assessment to each of us individually, including our teenage daughter. While other dentists have immediately tried to work us up for expensive procedures (e.g., crowns) when some of our fillings were showing a little age, Dr. Surampudi (although she apparently goes by “Dr. Sura” with many of her patients) gave us a range of options, most of which were not nearly as drastic as what the other two dentists we’ve seen had recommended. Her explanations will go as deep as you like, reflecting a high level of skill and understanding. We felt as if we were respected patients for whom she wanted to give the best care and not just dollar signs walking in the door to be exploited for as much as possible. We highly recommend Dr. Sura!!

I completely had a “baby brain” moment (I’m pregnant so they say I can use that as an excuse 🙂 and missed the appointment. I was called by a super friendly woman who didn’t get angry or judge, and they let me still come in late.

As I waited (only 10-15 min) they came 2x to let me know they would be with me. Very nice.

It was a quick cleaning, very personable. Overall great!

I’m happy with my first dental appointment with Dr. Surampudi. I had very good time at this place. Dr. Surampudi is very polite and friendly. She listened to all my concerns and suggested the treatments accordingly. I’m looking forward for future appointments and continue to maintain dental health.

My Son completed their routine visit to Crescent in the COVID-19 pandemic and I could not be more impressed about their safety protocols. I have always been pleased with the dental care my children receive at Crescent, but the new procedures and protections that they have in place are WAY above & beyond. I have total confidence in the care and safety provided by the entire staff at Crescent.We love this clinic! Dr. Surampudi is a great doctor who is experienced, dedicated and knowledgeable!!

Everyone there is an absolute pleasure. I went in with a lot of bad experiences with dentists. They are all about the patients. Every step of the way they made sure a was comfortable and pain free. I went in for 6 root canals in one shot. The appointment was long but they made it like it was no problem. I was pain free the entire time. She also fit all 6 crowns to perfection and made sure she took her time so they came out AMAZING. If it wasn’t for them I would still be sucking it up and suffering in pain. I am so very grateful I found them.

I would say best dentistry for all. Entire staff is very friendly. My family visits this place for all our need. We greatly appreciate all help. This office is GREAT! I would recommend this dentist to anyone. I have recommended her to a few co-workers . She is very kind, articulate, takes her time and thorough. I had a consultation appt but since she knew my work schedule she did a root canal, xrays, regular cleaning and a deep cleaning. She also did a root canal on my daughter and is /has done work on my girlfriend. They stayed at least 2 hours past office closing time and this was a Saturday. Basically NO PAIN after the numbing wore off! SHE IS AWESOME, THEY ARE AWESOME. We are returning for more work. If you are afraid of needles, she was GREAT with giving the injections also! FIVE STARS AND BEYOND. The filling she gave my daughter and myself until the temp crown looks like a tooth. VERY PLEASED!!!!!

I would recommend Crescent Family Dental to everybody. Clean place, nice staff, Dr. Suram is a real professional. I got my appoinment super soon. My wisdom tooth was pulled out and my experience was just amazing. Doctor called me an hour after to make sure I’m safe and doing good. Will be back to maintain my teeth healthy. I had to get done a deep cleaning, I barely had half done but it was less scarier than I thought and she was fast. I can’t wait to recover to put another review. So far good.

Nothing but positive experience from this practice. Clean and well kept facility with the state-of -art equipment. Staff as well as the doctor are very professional, knowledgeable, polite and caring. After having a pleasant experience, recommended my wife who had similar experience. Would recommend this practice to family and friends without a doubt.
